1. How can I order Chef Theo’s Spices online?

 

We have a wide variety of spices and sauces to choose from. To place an order, you can browse our galleries of menu items, read the details of each product and select the spice or sauce you want.  Click on the “Buy” button next to your product of choice, then choose the size and quantity, and press “add to cart”. When you finish browsing our products gallery, simply go to “check out” to complete your order.

 

2. Can I buy wholesale for my retail store or restaurant?

 

We offer wholesale distribution as well as consultation for those interested in having Chef Theo’s products in their retail store or restaurant.  If you have a restaurant and would like to use our products to create new and exciting Caribbean flavors, Chef Theo will help you out.  We provide menu consultation, hands-on demos and implementation of Chef Theo’s sauces, spices and marinades on your menu.

3.  What is the cost of having the spices delivered to my door? 

 

Please see the rates in our price chart.  We ship via USPS and UPS throughout the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and internationally.  Please allow 24 hours to process your order and 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipping time varies from the US Virgin Islands. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation number that will allow you to track the parcel. For international orders, please contact us at  sales@theoscaribbeanfoods.com so we can prepare any necessary customs declaration forms. Customers will be responsible for any fee associated with customs.

 

4. How do I pay for the goods I buy?


We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Once you have made your selection and added the items to your shopping cart, click on checkout and complete payment using your PayPal account or credit card.  We do not accept checks.  Your purchase is protected and private.

 

5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?


Please allow 24 hours to process your order and 5 to 7 days for it to arrive, depending on your location and distance from the U.S Virgin Islands. All shipments are made F.O.B. our plant. We ship via UPS, USPS or via Common Carrier for large orders. You can also check www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com for transit time to your location. Shipping and handling charges are added to your order. You will receive your tracking information once the order is shipped.

 

6. Do you ship to my country?

 

We ship via USPS and UPS throughout the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and internationally. 

If you have questions about your international order, please contact us at sales@theoscaribbeanfoods.com.  We are considered an international location, and custom declaration forms are required.  These should be completed prior to shipping. Customers will be responsible for any fee associated with customs.

 

7. What type of recipes can I prepare with Chef Theo’s Spices?


Whenever you want to add a fresh, Caribbean flavor to your dishes, just replace your traditional salt & pepper with one of Theo’s Season-ahl, Creole, Citrus Poun’, Ginger Spice or Doved Spices.  You can use it with seafood, poultry, game, meat, pork or vegetables to enhance the flavor and prepare a meal that will take you to a white-sand and blue-ocean paradise.  And if you need ideas for your next cuisine adventure, just take a look at our recipes and videos for detailed instructions!

 

8. How do I know the amount of spices I should use?


We are proud of the natural, well-balanced flavors of our products. If you are following one of our recipes, the exact measurements needed for flavoring are provided.  And if you are using Chef Theo’s spices in your own preparation, just add a dash or 1-2 tea spoons for a perfect flavor.  You can use 1oz or more for larger preparation.  Theo’s spices are low in sodium. Your dish will still taste awesome, because it is very difficult to over season.

 

9. Are the spices made of local ingredients? 


We support our local farmers.  We pick the freshest herbs and plants from local farms, which are the signature feature of Chef Theo’s products.  Our spices’ rich flavors come from seasonal crops, which means there may be a limited supply.  Grab yours while they last! 9. Are the ingredients in the recipes easy to get anywhere else?

 

We use and recommend the fresh ingredients available locally. When you follow our recipes, we provide you with a list of comparable products that you can find at home, at your local grocery store or farmer’s market.  Make sure you keep your recipe in hand while shopping and support your local farmers!

 

10. Do you have a return policy?

 

Our products will definitely satisfy your requirements and desires, so we are sure you will not want to return them. Nevertheless, we do not offer refunds.  All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

 

11. How can I leave a review of the product I bought?


Chef Theo offers in this website many ways of using our products, you can take a look at the recipes and watch him cook in our videos, which are added periodically.  Once you experiment with our products, you can leave your feedback or ideas of recipes in our Review page.  We often share them with the rest of our online community by posting them on the same review page where you can leave your comments.
